DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! If you are placing an international order please select the international option when checking out. Orders generally arrive within 10 days internationally. But, it can take anywhere from a week to a month because of customs. Please be patient! Yet, if you feel like it has gotten lost in the postal abyss… shoot me an email Jacque@JacquePierro.com... and I will do my best to track it down!
DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES OR RETURNS?
Possibly, it depends on the supplies that I have in-stock and the production schedule. Email me at Jacque@JacquePierro.com to discuss further. Please include a picture or link of the items that you are interested in.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER WAS SHIPPED?
Once the item has shipped, you will receive an email with shipping information.
WHERE CAN I FIND AN ITEM I SAW IN A MAGAZINE OR BLOG?
Items are one-of-a-kind original pieces, but email me... Jacque@JacquePierro.com... to see if I have the inventory in-stock to replicate the piece and what the production schedule looks like.
WHAT IF MY PURCHASE LOOKS DIFFERENT THAN THE PICTURE?
Please keep in mind that every monitor displays colors some what differently. We try every effort to photograph all of the products as they really are.
